With over forty years’ experience as a leading restaurateur I aim to bring my skill, knowledge and knowhow to your special event, creating a unique dining experiences for you and your guests. Every event will be undertaken following in-person consultation with the host, where I will run through menu ideas in order to deliver restaurant quality food, drinks and service in your own home or small venue. Be it an intimate gathering for close friends, a supper club for likeminded foodies, a themed celebratory pop-up, or a BBQ for a special occasion, I will utilise local produce to create an unforgettable dining experience.
